Understanding Our Seating Procedures and Chaperone Information.

Theatre Bristol considers two important factors when assigning seats: (1) The age of the students in the group; and (2) the date when we receive the confirmation card. Because of a growing preschool audience, you will often find we seat these smaller kids in the front sections.

Chaperones
- Please limit the number of chaperones with your group. Every seat taken by a chaperone robs a deserving child of the chance to see the performance. Remember, your field trip is for the enrichment of the children.

- Theatre Bristol reserves the right to limit the number of chaperones attending a performance.

- Please make sure your chaperones understand that they won't be seated with your class. They will be seated in our VIP section at the back of the theatre.

- Unfortunately, there may be instances where chaperones can't be seated due to the number of students in attendance.

- Theatre Bristol is pleased to be able to hold ticket prices down to $4 per student. Certified teachers (1 per 10 students) and bus drivers (with i.d.) are admitted free. Chaperones will be required to pay the $7 admission.

- Children who accompany chaperones MUST be included in the school reservation count and must pay $5 each, regardless of whether they occupy a seat.

- Please: No babes in arms allowed. Your cooperation is requested .
