Inclement Weather and Cancellation Policy

It's the responsibility of the Lead Teacher or a school representative to call Theatre Bristol if you are going to be delayed or must cancel. Please call the office as soon as a change in schedule is known, there is an answering machine at the office, so leave a message.

If Bristol, Tennessee or Viriginia City Schools are delayed or closed due to inclement weather, there will be NO performance at the Theatre. In the event of severe inclement weather, Theatre Bristol's administrative office will be closed. If you are in doubt, give us a call.

If you decide to cancel a reservation you must call Theatre Bristol TWO (2) WEEKS IN ADVANCE of your scheduled show date. This will allow us to offer your seats to another group.

Cancellations made after the two-week deadline will be billed for 50% of the original reservation amount if rescheduling is not possible by either the school or by the theatre.

"No Shows" (groups that do not come and do not call the theatre to cancel) will be billed for the FULL AMOUNT of their scheduled reservation.

Reasonable adjustments to your reservation may be made (subject to availability) jafter the two-week deadline without financial penalty.
